A FANTASTIC END TO SEASON 2019 FOR OUR UNDER 15 BOYS.

Today our U15s headed to Cobh to for their Hurling League Final. A sunny but very cold day ..a good day for hurling, the Cobh Pitch was in pristine condition.

Cobh had the better first half and led at half time 2-2 to 1-3. Kinsale more hungry in the second half played out of their skins and pulled ahead 2-8 to 2-4. Cobh came back and it was a nail-biting last 5 mins. Cobh got a goal well into injury time but Kinsale stood fast to hold on to win by a point. A great display of team work by this fantastic group of friends. Great credit due to all their coaches who put so much time into coaching the lads , always encouraging the team.

This U15 team are now Central P2a Hurling and Football Champions and today added the Hurling League to their fantastic achievements.

Very well done to all the players on the entire panel and their coaches on an incredible first season up in P2a grade. The future is very bright for this group of talented players.
