*BOOKED OUT – FULL TO MAX CAPACITY AGAIN THIS YEAR*

*IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ ALL THE INFORMATION BELOW REGARDING CUL CAMP 2019 IN KINSALE SO YOU ARE WELL INFORMED OF WHATS HAPPENING*

First up ;

TWO Venues for Cul Camp

1. SÁILE SPORTS CENTRE

2. BANDON ROAD GAA PITCH

All Boys & Girls aged 6 & 7 to attend camp in SÁILE.

All Boys & Girls aged 8,9,10,11,12,13 to attend camp at BANDON ROAD PITCH.

Please go straight to your venue on Monday morning and check-in. If you have siblings in both venues unfortunately they each need to be checked in at the venue they are attending.  Apologies for this inconvenience, this will only be for the first day (Monday) so we hope you will bear with us.

If for any reason you are not attending camp on the first day – please make sure to check in on the Tuesday morning – thank you.

For collection when camp finishes we suggest collecting from Sáile first - coaches / helpers will stay on for an extra 10 mins or so with the kids at Bandon Road to facilitate with both collections;

or share pick-ups with friends to save 2 trips!

Typical Irish Weather, the forecast is a bit mixed for next week so in the event of heavy rain/showers we have the use of Sáile Hall for our very young players. For our older and very strong brave players J we will ‘drive on’ in the rain at the pitch – unless its torrential downpours and we will make a call at that stage then to continue or cancel.  We will post a Cancellation Notice on our Facebook Page, Instagram Page and Website - Parents will also receive a text.

*CHECK IN ON MONDAY 12TH at both locations is from 9.45am*

*IMPORTANT:- KINSALE GAA CUL CAMP TIMES ARE 10AM TO 2PMDAILY. (And NOT 2.30pm as per Cork Gaa website)*

Boys & Girls aged 6 & 7 will remain in Sáile for the full week (Monday to Friday inclusive).

Boys & Girls aged 8 to 13 will have the full week at the pitch.

ON THE LAST DAY OF CAMP FRIDAY 16TH AUGUST our visiting Cork player will go to both venues to meet all the children.  We will also have a very special visit by the ICE CREAM VAN and all the children at both venues can enjoy a very well-deserved ice cream treat to finish up their week of camp (if any child cannot have dairy please let the supervisors know and we will organise a different treat).
