Congratulations to our Senior Ladies Football Team – now in line for 3 in a row Munster Titles:

Kinsale GAA Club, in my opinion, is probably on the verge of being accused of over-using the terms “history making and history making team” :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) !!!

When you have fantastic successes in the club, especially in recent years, it can’t be helped - the truth must be made known :-) :-) :-) :-)!!

I’m pretty sure reaching 3 Munster Finals in a row is History Making, not along in our own club but in general – there can’t be many teams out there who have achieved this level of success. And also securing promotion every year – Munster Junior 2016, Munster Intermediate 2017 and now reaching the final of Munster Senior Plate 2018.

Having despatched Cappawhite, Tipperary last Sunday (7th Oct) on a 6-13 to 2-08 score line our Senior Ladies now face Comeragh, Waterford next weekend in the Munster Senior Plate Final.

An incredible achievement by an incredible team of formidable players who are completely focused and determined, train hard and reap the just rewards.

The phenomenal support for this team over the last few years has been just amazing and every single person on the Senior Panel has been blown away and humbled by the support received from the community of Kinsale – so we are calling on everyone, once more to get behind our Ladies Football Team and continue that great trend by following this remarkable team once again, as we did in 2016 and 2017, to shout on our Senior Players in their 3rd Munster Final.

Lots of support on the side-lines will, without doubt, be a very important factor in helping the Team to push for the Big Munster win next weekend, so let’s all get ready to don the Kinsale Colours, bring out the Flags, Banners and Signs and lets get supporting our ‘History-Making’ Senior Ladies Football Team next Sunday in Killeagh at 12.30!!! Let’s make it a Super Sunday!!!

Cionn tSáile Abú!!!
