Cork West U17 Celtic Challenge - A Great Achievement - Very Well Done Lads
John O Brien, Conor McCarthy and Kealan O Rourke have been selected to play with West Cork in Cork West U17 Celtic Challenge
Unfortunately Conor broke his leg and will miss the tournament.
John is also recovering from injury but is hoping to make it back for the 2nd round.
Kealan is available - back from injury just in time. Wishing Conor the best with his recovery and rehab and Best of luck to John and Kealen in the competition

Round 1 vs Cork North this Wednesday in Ballygarvan at 7.30.
Following fixtures:
Round 2 vs Kerry in Aghabullogue Wed May 9th.
Round 3 vs Limerick in Blarney Wed May 16th.
Round 4 vs South East Clare in Mallow Wed 6th June

Summer Cúl Camp – 13th to 17thAugust 2018 – Online Bookings now open:
The date for Kinsale GAAs Summer Cúl Camp this year is the 13th to 17h August 2018 – 10am to 2pm (Monday to Friday).
The National Cúl Camp Site for On-Line Registrations is now open since April, please click on the link below to register.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Cúl Camp is for children from Age 6 (attending Primary School Junior Infants) to Age 13.
Children who have not yet started in Primary School Junior Infants are unfortunately too young to attend Cúl Camp.
PLEASE READ URGENTLY IF YOU ARE INTENDING SIGNING YOUR CHILDREN UP FOR CÚL CAMP THIS YEAR:
Our Cúl Camp is proving very popular again this year. Already (as of Wednesday, 2nd May) we have 74 places booked for the Camp in August. So we are, in effect, almost half full already (maximum numbers for our Cúl Camp is 200 children)
The only way to secure your child/children’s places and avoid disappointment is to book on-line asap possible and guarantee your child/childrens places. While the club would dearly love to facilitate every single child that would like to do the Kinsale Cúl Camp – unfortunately once the camp is full…. its full! So please please please don’t leave it till the last minute.

Annual Underage Boys & Girls Fundraiser – The Golf Classic – See Poster Attached above for all the details
Calling all Golfers…………….Ladies Teams, Mens Teams, Family Teams, Mixed Teams – prizes for all sections .
Enter a team now and enjoy a fabulous days golf out in the fantastic Kinsale Golf Club, with a 3 course meal included in your entry fee. And of course lots of great prizes to be won also.
It will be a great day out – plus of course all the bragging rights for the winners, so important :-)! This is a significant fundraiser for the Underage Section of the club – so please set those reminders in phones, mark the calendar and make sure you are free to take part.
And for those non-golfers out there – you can also help out by sponsoring a Tee-Box sign for €50 (why not go halves with a family member or friend)!!!
Crucially all funds raised will go directly back into the club and will be ring-fenced for the Underage Section of the club both Boys and Girls – so the more money thats raised the more money we can use towards improving equipment, getting extra new training gear etc for our future stars!.

The club will also be looking for a number of volunteers to help organise this event – so please if you can help out let us know by replying to this email or text Laurence on 087-9056737 or Gearoid Condon 086-8325202. This event has been very successful over the past few years but the club is always looking for new ideas/suggestions to build on which may lead to more money being raised for our Boys & Girls Underage Section of the club.

Please pass on relevant information to U10, U11 and U12 coaches in your club to send out to players.
We are running a GAA Camp for 2 days during next weeks Mid Term break It is aimed at boys born in 2006 , 2007 and 2008.The camp runs from 10.30am to 1 pm both days We will be coaching the kids in both Hurling and Football, also UCC will be providing coaches to do practical exercises to prevent injuries.
This camp will be run both indoors in the main hall and also on the Wall Ball area.
Cost €20
Dates : Tuesday May 8th and Thursday May 10th
Time: 10.30am 1pm sharp
Venue: Blackrock GAA Cul.
