Please support all our teams - plenty of encouragement from the side-lines is key, no matter
what age group are playing.

Our younger players will be out in force over the weekend involved in Blitzes so lets get supporting our future stars of the club.

The Under 12 Boys, fresh from their football win over Sliabh Rua in tough conditions last Monday, change code for their next outing taking on Mayfield in their Hurling League on Saturday out in Dunderrow.

Under 14 Girls are taking on Bandon on Sunday away, with Clonakilty next up on the 16th at home. Two big games for the girls in West Cork – don’t forget to show your support.

The Junior C Ladies Camogie Team will play their first game of the season on Sunday in Kinsale, Ballinhassig are the opponents for this clash. This team had a fantastic first ever season in 2017 reaching their Championship Semi-Final, an incredible achievement – this team is certain not to disappoint again for 2018. Lets get lots of support up to the pitch on Sunday at 6.30pm to give plenty of encouragement to this very determined team hoping to get their first win of 2018.

Hurling is the order of the day for the mid-week games for our U13P2 and U14A Boys. This is both teams first outing with the sliotar and Hurl taking on Youghal at home and Newcestown away respectively. Two big games for these young players – be great to get lots of support for the lads at both games.

Under 12A Girls will play a Football Challenge game V Passage on Thursday next as both teams get ready for the start of their season – this is a home game – lets get lots of support for these young footballers at the pitch.

The weather hasn’t been kind to our U16 Boys Panel with games being postponed due to unplayable pitches. Lets hope they get off to winning ways in their first Hurling Match V Fr O Neills in Ballymacoda Monday week, 16th . Plenty of support on the sidelines for the lads would be great.

Championship Football gets underway on Sunday 15th April for our Intermediate Men in Watergrasshill – taking on Mitchelstown at 3pm. Big Big game for the lads here so please mark this date in your diaries and in the phones. We need loads of support on the sidelines to encourage the lads Sunday week – supporters play a huge roll in these Championship games as the players feed off their enthusiasm driving the team on to a big win hopefully. In preparation for this game the Intermediates will play a challenge game V St James in Ardfield (near Clon) this coming Sunday – please show your support at this game and lets get behind this team as they proudly don the Kinsale Jersey once more in Championship.
