Victory Celebrations Night!

Friday, 2nd March at 7.30pm, Blue Haven, is the place to be! Our Victory Celebration Event promises to be a fantastic night, with our Club Sponsors the Blue Haven pulling out all the stops (as they always do) to make this a great occasion for the club.

Limited Tickets are available from The Blue Haven Reception Desk from today (Friday, 23rd February) – so don’t delay, get your tickets as soon as possible and make sure you are there on Friday week. Ticket Price €20.

We will be honouring:

· Our Minor Boys who are 2017 South East Champions in both Hurling and Football, County Hurling Champions (first ever Minor County for the club) and County Football Finalists

· Our Ladies Football Team who again achieved so so much at Intermediate Level in 2017 – Champions in West Cork, Cork County, Munster and All Ireland Finalists
And promoted to Senior Status for 2018.

So incredible achievements all round on the field of play for Kinsale GAA Club to celebrate. Please come along and enjoy this great occasion with us, as we award these players who have excelled in their sport, proudly donning the Blue & White, and raising the profile of Kinsale GAA Club. Our Laochra Gael and Club Person of the Year will also be revealed, so plenty to look forward to throughout the night.

We will commence at 7.30pm (sharp) with the Medal Presentations and Awards, with Food and Drink served afterwards. There will be music (and dancing!) to finish off the night.

The next Club Development Draw will take place during the event – giving away 5 cash prizes! (details further below).

Looking forward to seeing you all at this big occasion for the club.

This is the first outing of the year for our Under 13 Boys as they take on Mallow in Dunderrow. Playing at Premier 2 Level Central – this very hardworking team will always put on a great display of Football and Hurling. Its gonna be a bit cold tomorrow so plenty of support on the sidelines for this young promising team would be fantastic. Chionn tSáile Abú.

Our Junior A Hurlers also get their first taste of 2018 when they take on Ballinora in a Challenge Game in Ballinora on Sunday. Again lots of encouragement on the sidelines for our Hurlers would be much appreciated – its gonna be a cold one on Sunday too!!!!!

Also facing the cold on Sunday will be our Junior Ladies Football Team taking on Valley Rovers in a Challenge Match in Dunderrow. Another first outing for this new Junior Team, which includes some players who have decided to return to the fold and give Football a go once more. Lots of Support for our Ladies on Sunday in Dunderrow would be fantastic.

Monday night will see our Under 14 Boys take on Bandon in a challenge game under the lights. First game of the season for this group, who won all their football games last season under 13, so no pressure for Season 2018:-)!! It will be even colder on Monday night 🙂! So please go along and support the lads!
